Autowash Car Wash

Generally works well for what I need it to do, which is purchase carwashes with my membership (which you can only do if you give it your location). It's cluttered with unnecessary content, like games and promotions. The Garage function is wonky. It's missing cars in the database and won't let you remove a car once it's been added. You can only be signed in on one device at a time, and they only let you sign in on a different one once a month, which can be a problem if you carry multiple devices.

In the past year, the app has recognized my exact location quickly and smoothly vs. having to restart it multiple times for it to see I'm sitting in a bay. Definitely a fan of how smooth the app is. Even though in over 2 years I've only won Ottos spin once ($5) it's still a fun feature. One thing I'd add is an actual map with the location pins on the home screen to visually see where the locations are in correlation to your pinpoint. That would make it much easier to plan a route, etc...

Horrible app. Never recognizes my location even when I'm standing right next to the wash. When it FINALLY gives me a code for being a member, it disappears faster than you can read it. Then when you walk around trying to get the code to show up again, it'll suddenly say you've used it and take away the wash! Furthermore, the cancel subscription button pulls up a phone number to call instead of just canceling. Absolutely horrible experience with this app.
